The General Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while managing the daily operations of the Collision Center. This includes meeting KPIs, coaching staff, and ensuring high standards of professionalism and safety. The role requires leading by example and maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
