Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Wheat Ridge to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. The role includes finalizing total loss tasks and clear communication of post-repair plans with customers, while following safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience and a valid driver’s license, with CCC1 or similar estimating software proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.
