Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Smithfield to write accurate estimates, review repair processes, and manage vehicle intake and final documentation. You will communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status to customers while upholding safety rules and company standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company coverage.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
