Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator Trainee in Albuquerque, NM. You will greet customers, identify their repair needs and support Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photo documentation.

The role includes arranging transport, preparing paperwork, and handling deliveries while maintaining clear communication with customers, teammates, and vendors. The position emphasizes on-site customer service in a fast-paced shop environment with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate repairs.
