Job summary

Caliber Collision in Indian Land, SC, is seeking a Collision Estimator Trainee to greet customers, determine needs and guide them through the repair process. You will support estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking and photography, while coordinating transportation and paperwork to ensure timely, accurate repairs per SOPs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and are 21+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs and adherence to SOPs

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator Trainee to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to properly greeting customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and immediately respond by providing guidance and assistance as required, assisting Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork and performing active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs while adhering to all Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
