Responsibilities

• Break down estimates into labor and parts before job is started.
• Follow up parts department orders to ensure parts availability.
• Revise and approve time allowances for each job.
• Assist with quality checks of completed jobs.
• Prepare final billing for completed repair orders.
• Aide the Body Shop Manager in daily activities and communications.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department.
• Inspect completed ready-for-delivery work for quality and appearance.
