Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Lees Summit service center to perform estimating tasks, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork prior to delivery. The role includes DRP and total loss administration, with clear communication on repair status to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a VCDA license. This on-site position emphasizes safety, customer service, and a proactive sales approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred).
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair communications.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules.
