Job summary

Caliber Collision in Schaumburg is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform duties including writing estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery. The role also handles total loss administration and post-repair communications with customers, in line with Caliber safety rules and standards.

Estimates are paid hourly and benefits include medical, dental and vision eligibility, weekly pay, paid vacation and holidays, I-CAR

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must have Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and drivable status.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
