Job summary

Caliber Collision Abilene is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications, ensuring accurate DRP and final invoices while complying with safety rules.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and CCC1 experience; strong sales orientation and ability to handle a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must have a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 estimating software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and finalize invoices for customers.
• Conduct process reviews and communicate status updates to customers.
• Assist with final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and post-repair communication.
