Job summary

Caliber Collision in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork prior to delivery, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience with CCC1 or similar software, a valid driver's license, and a license as a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser. Sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write detailed collision repair estimates.
• Review repair processes and monitor vehicle status.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete DRP final paperwork.
• Prepare final invoices and total loss administration.
• Communicate post-repair plans and status updates to customers.
