Job summary

Caliber Collision East Moline is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork for delivery while delivering clear status updates to customers. The role requires attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

You will operate in a fast-paced service center, leveraging CCC1 or similar estimating software, with safety guidelines and company standards guiding every interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and review repair processes.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork for delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Provide post repair status updates to customers and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
