Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator in Madison to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle check-ins and final paperwork before delivery. This role also handles total loss administration and communicates post-repair plans with customers.

The position emphasizes adherence to Caliber safety rules and company standards while providing status updates to customers throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• CCC1 or similar estimating software experience.
• Knowledge of repair processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair plan communications.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules.
