Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Falls Church, VA to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicles from check-in to final paperwork. You will handle DRP and final invoicing, and communicate post-repair plans while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications include 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle PD Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication with all vehicle status updates to customers.
