Job summary

Caliber Collision in Cleburne, AL is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork before delivery. The role also handles total loss administration and communicates post-repair status to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, an active MVPD license, and CCC1 or similar software proficiency, with a strong sales orientation for a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and related services.
• Conduct process reviews and verify vehicle status and documentation.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
