You'll operate in a fast-paced shop environment, contributing to accurate total-loss administration and proactive communication with customers about status updates and next steps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
