Job summary

Caliber Collision Service Center in Baltimore (Remington) is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage the check-in of customer vehicles, plus final paperwork before delivery and total loss administration according to Caliber standards.

Our estimators can earn up to $60,000-$75,000 per year with weekly pay, day-one benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid vacations/holidays, and ongoing I-CAR trainings to support career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and verify accuracy of invoices.
• Check in customer vehicles and coordinate final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
