Job summary

Caliber Collision in Sacramento – Natomas is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, check in customer vehicles, complete final paperwork, and communicate post-repair plans while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and CCC1 or similar estimating software. We offer day-one benefits, weekly pay, vacation and holidays, I-CAR trainings, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write accurate vehicle repair estimates.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Prepare final paperwork and invoices.
• Communicate status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards.
