Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Salisbury, MD. You will write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery, including DRP and final invoicing.

You will manage total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers while upholding safety rules and company standards. We offer strong pay and benefits with bonuses, weekly pay, and opportunities for training with I-CAR.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Write repair estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
