Job summary

Caliber Collision Canton OH is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery while ensuring safety rules and Caliber standards. The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience and a valid driver’s license with a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

CCC1 or similar estimating software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication with customers.
• Ensure adherence to Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
