Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Knoxville, TN to generate estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle intake and paperwork. You will finalize total loss procedures and keep customers informed on repair status, while complying with safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, with a sales-focused mindset and experience with CCC1 software.

Competenze

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Mansioni

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.
