Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, process reviews, vehicle check-in, DRP/final invoices, total loss admin, and post-repair communications.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. CCC1 software experience is a plus in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage paperwork to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair communications.
• Provide status updates to customers in accordance with safety rules and company standards.
