You will communicate status updates to customers and assist with total loss administration as needed, supporting a fast-paced shop environment with accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers.
