Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing collision repair leader with more than 650 locations across 38 states, including Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified centers. We educate customers through the repair process, provide estimates, and manage each vehicle with quality control to ensure top results.

Compensation ranges are posted between $65,000 and $140,430 per year, reflecting the scope of responsibilities and the value we place on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems including CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process with in-process QC to Crash Champions standards.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle paperwork, address exceptions and carrier requirements.
