Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in St. Paul, MN to prepare detailed repair estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from intake to final delivery. The role requires knowledge of collision repair steps and strong customer-facing skills.

You will utilize CCC1 or similar estimating tools, coordinate with shop teams, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. Opportunities for training, certifications, and career growth are available within a nationwide

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers in a timely manner.
