Job summary

Crash Champions in Renton, WA is seeking a detail-oriented estimator/customer service representative to support the collision repair process. You will educate customers on repairs, insurance steps, and rights, and you will prepare estimates from initial intake through final approval.

You will manage repairs, perform in-process QC, and keep customers informed about status while coordinating with body technicians and insurance carriers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in collision repair or insurance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance partners is a plus.
• Familiarity with estimating systems: CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier requirements are complete.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills

• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred
• Ability to deal with fast paced environments
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex

Compensation ranges listed are inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses. The compensation range listed is the average range for a typical full-time employee in this position.
