Job summary

Caliber Collision invites an experienced Collision Estimator to join our Portage Service Center in Portage, IN. You will write estimates, review repair plans, and coordinate vehicle intake and final paperwork prior to delivery, ensuring accuracy and proactive customer communication.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a sales orientation, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 or similar estimating software experience is

• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage intake paperwork.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
