Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-centric estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and their rights. You will complete initial and final estimates, manage each repair through to completion, and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.

You will keep customers updated on status while collaborating with Body Technicians, reviewing data, and handling post-scanning steps.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and clear communication are required.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a dynamic shop setting.
• Experience with insurance partners and claim processes is preferred.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, and rights.
• Prepare initial estimates, complete estimates after damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions quality standards with QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide excellent service.
• Pull and review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order, Handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete

Compensation ranges listed are inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses. The compensation range listed is the average range for a typical full-time employee in this position.
