Job summary

Jeff Belzer Auto Group - Lakeville in Minnesota is seeking an automotive estimator to join our fixed scheduling team. This role writes complete and accurate estimates, handles AR, and collaborates with CDK/CCC One knowledge areas while upholding integrity.

You will be part of a large Midwest auto group with promotion from within, excellent benefits, and a stable, team‑oriented environment that values customer care and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask while completing day to day responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Fixed scheduling - Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.
• Knowledge CCC One preferred.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• CDK Knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• File handling & AR management.
• Parts ordering.

Responsibilities:

• Fixed scheduling - Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
• Knowledge CCC One preferred
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines

• Good written & verbal skills
• CDK Knowledge is a plus, but not required
• File handling & AR management
• Parts ordering
• ICAR Certification & ASE Certification preferred, but not required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license and favorable driving record
• 2 years of experience in an automotive body shopis preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with "Team Player" mentality
• High energy and self motivated individual with the drive to succeed
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities
• Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and manufacturer's specifications
