Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to create accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document processes, communicate timelines, and drive a positive customer experience.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training; a valid driver's license is required, with opportunities for growth within a respected collision repair leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year experience with DRP processes and insurer requirements.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately throughout the repair process.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repairs and insurance coordination.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and WOW Operating Ways.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
