Job summary

Classic Collision in Eden Prairie, Minnesota is seeking a Collision Estimator to guide the repair process from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare customer and insurer estimates, coordinating with insurers to ensure smooth claims and an excellent customer experience.

Ideal candidates have prior collision estimating experience, CCC1 familiarity, and I-CAR/ASE certification. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, with a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• CCC1 estimating system familiarity preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair progress.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

$23/hr-$26/hr Pay Rate

Classic Collision offers competitive pay, benefits, and career advancement opportunities. The salary range for this position is commission based and dependent on expected sales volume.

• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.
