Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Charlotte, NC. This role serves as the primary contact for customers from drop-off through delivery, prepares estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinates with insurers to ensure a smooth claims process.

The Estimator works with CCC1 estimating systems, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and collaborates with technicians to identify all damages. A background check is required and ASE/I-CAR certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
  • Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
  • I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
  • Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners per guidelines.
  • Partner with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain communication with customers with repair updates.
  • Coordinate with technicians to confirm all damages are identified.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
  • Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop‑off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
  • Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
  • Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
  • Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
  • Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
  • Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
