Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Porter to support repairs by preparing vehicles for delivery and maintaining the cleanliness of shop and office spaces. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include pre-wash and post-repair cleaning, moving vehicles to sublet locations, and maintaining cleanliness of production areas and offices. Automotive experience is helpful, with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Automotive experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of production area.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs.
• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
