Job summary

Ford of Hialeah is seeking a Collision Center Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural systems on collision-damaged vehicles. You will perform wheel alignments, ADAS calibrations, and collaborate with bodymen and painters to ensure quality, OEM-compliant results.

The role requires 2–5 years in automotive tech, ASE preferred, and a clean driving record. Safety and efficiency are essential in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive technician experience, preferably in a collision center or dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural repair procedures.
• ASE certifications are strongly preferred; I-CAR training is a plus.
• Experience with wheel alignments and ADAS calibrations following collision repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems on collision-damaged vehicles.
• Conduct wheel alignments and calibrations after repairs.
• Perform pre- and post-repair inspections to ensure OEM specifications.
• Coordinate with bodymen and painters to manage repair workflow.
• Review repair orders and document work accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
