Responsibilities

As the Collision Center Production Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and that repairs are executed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Collision Center Manager with daily operations to ensure the department meets performance and financial goals.
  • Supervise team members, provide guidance, and address workflow challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Support hiring, training, and performance evaluations for the Collision Center staff.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and with a problem-solving approach.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary parts and supplies.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in collision estimating, automotive repair, or similar roles; leadership experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training or certifications such as I-CAR or ASE preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in collision estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell).
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to lead a team and manage workflows effectively.
    • Knowledge of insurance processes and claims handling.
  • Other: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
