Job summary

McCarthy Chevrolet- Overland Park is seeking a diligent Porter to support the Collision Center team. You will assist with a range of tasks, including cleaning vehicles, moving them in the lot, and helping technicians as needed.

The ideal candidate has a clear driver's license, can follow instructions, and demonstrates reliability and a positive attitude. Manual transmission driving is preferred but not always required.

Qualifications

• Clear and valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain reliability.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run errands for the department and other duties as assigned.
• Vacuum vehicles, install disposable seat covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in service vehicles.
• Drive vehicles to their proper places in the parking lot.
• Keep the shop clean and maintain an organized parking area.
• Assist technicians as needed and shuttle customers to and from the dealership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department.
