Five Star Nissan Florence is seeking an Experienced Collision / Body Shop Manager to lead daily Body Shop operations and ensure efficient repair processes. The role requires coordinating with guests and their insurers to develop accurate estimates while managing budgets and schedules.

You will recruit and train technicians, monitor productivity, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment. Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, with experience in vendor

The Collision Center at Five Star Nissanin Florence SC is hiring an Experienced Collision / Body Shop Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Body Shop / Collision Management Experience Required
• 2-5 years proven results in a Collision Center setting preferred
• Understanding of insurance estimates and budgets
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Experience developing and managing third-party vendor relationships
• Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and communication skills
