Body Shop Director

Vic Vaughan, Toyota of Boerne is looking for a Collision Shop Director to run our state of the art, a/c body shop. As the Director of Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne Body Shop you will be expected to run the daily operations of the Collision center as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance companies. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills that can coach and motivate and deliver a world class experience for our customers. You will be expected to embrace our culture and execute our core values.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Body Shop
  • Maintain and build insurance company relationships , insuring DRP guidelines are adhered to
  • Review estimates and repair orders for accuracy and ensure quality of work before returning vehicle to customer
  • Achieve monthly and annual goals and meet and exceed company financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
  • Manage a high level of shop throughput, and production quality
  • Motivate, coach and train staff

Job Skills:

  • 3-5 years of body shop management
  • I- CAR, CCC, Reynolds & Reynolds
  • Ability to set and achieve goals
  • Extensive knowledge of auto body repair
