Job summary

BMW of Riverside is seeking a Collision Center Detailer to maintain vehicle and shop cleanliness and deliver cars after detailing is complete.

Ideal candidates have a high energy level, strong communication skills, and a valid California driver's license with a clean record. Previous detailing experience is preferred, with competitive pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 401K, wellness, vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as automotive detailer in a collision/body shop.
• California driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Ability to operate in tight spaces and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focus.
• Team player with dependable attitude.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installs protective coverings and tags in vehicles brought in for repair.
• Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water; washes and dries vehicles.
• Color sand, buff, sealant and polish surfaces as needed.
• Drives vehicles to/from service areas and lot; delivers to customers in clean condition.
• Transports customers to/from their home when needed.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with standards.
• Follows safety procedures; performs other duties as assigned.
