Job summary

Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Collision Center (Hoover) is seeking a full-time Collision/Body Shop Utility to clean and maintain service areas and equipment, focusing on safety and cleanliness. The role involves site-wide maintenance, records of hours, and adherence to company policies.

Experience in janitorial or maintenance is preferred, a valid driver's license is required, and basic computer skills for timekeeping are necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience desired.
• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills to utilize timekeeping system.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors and stairs in shop area.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and break rooms in shop area.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and shop area.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• General maintenance of grounds and shop equipment.
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
