Job summary

Faulkner Collision in West Chester is seeking an energetic collision technician to join our growing team. You will identify parts, perform repairs from sheet metal to welding, and inspect for hidden issues while supporting customers and the community.

The role offers hourly flat rate pay, full-time status, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive health insurance. Growth within the Ciocca Automotive Family is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, and framework experience is a plus or willingness to learn.
• ASE Certifications in Damage Analysis, Estimating and Mechanical/Electrical components, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair by reviewing orders and notes; follow warranty guidelines and notify supervisor of add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair body components, sheet metal, fabrications, welding, and related electrical/mechanical work.
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
