Job summary

Faulkner Collision in West Chester is seeking a highly motivated collision technician to join our growing team. You will work on welding, suspension, and frame repair tasks and be prepared to learn and grow.

We offer an hourly flat rate pay, full-time schedule, PTO/holidays, a 401(K) with company matching, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, prescription and vision coverage. Advancement within Ciocca Automotive Family is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus or willing to learn/train.
• ASE Certifications; Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders, work orders, and notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, alignment).
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.

• Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.).
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
