Job summary

Ciocca Collision of Hanover is seeking an energetic collision technician to join our growing team. You will identify parts, review repair orders, and help restore vehicles to top condition.

You’ll work with a supportive team in a full-time, on-site role, with competitive hourly pay, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan. The position emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension or frame experience preferred.
• Willing to learn/train as needed.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders, work order, and Body Shop Manager’s estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.).
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
