Job summary

Ciocca Collision of Hanover is seeking an energetic collision technician to join our growing team. You will identify parts, review work orders, perform repairs, and follow warranty guidelines in a collaborative shop environment.

This full-time position offers hourly pay, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, and framework experience a plus or willingness to learn/train.
• ASE Certifications in damage analysis, estimating, mechanical and electrical components, non-structural analysis and damage repair are preferred.
• State Vehicle Inspector certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders and notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment of body components, electrical and mechanical repairs).
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus OR willing to learn/train
• ASE Certifications; Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair and State Vehicle Inspector (preferred)
• Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
