Job summary

TOGETHXR’s Glendale, Colorado-based role of Men\'s Competition Manager focuses on administering and coordinating USA Rugby men\'s collegiate competitions, ensuring regulations are applied and championships run smoothly.

Reporting to the General Manager, College Rugby, you\'ll collaborate with conferences, member institutions, coaches, and volunteers to provide exceptional support throughout the season and drive growth in the collegiate rugby pathway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years in sports administration, collegiate athletics, event management, or rugby administration.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with volunteers, committees, and member organizations.

Responsibilities

• Administer USA Rugby men's collegiate competitions by coordinating annual competition calendars and supporting conference scheduling.
• Administer competition regulations, eligibility requirements, standings, rankings, and championship qualification.
• Coordinate postseason and bowl competition administration and serve as the primary point of contact for competition-related questions.
• Plan and deliver national championship events including team communications, match operations, team services, and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with USA Rugby staff across departments to ensure a first-class championship experience.
