Job summary

USA Rugby in Colorado seeks a Women's Competition Manager for collegiate rugby. You will administer and coordinate women's conferences, member institutions, and competitions, ensuring professional standards and timely execution.

Hybrid/remote work options available; compensation range $50,000–$75,000 with full benefits including health, retirement, PTO and FAMLI. Reports to GM, College Rugby and collaborates across CRAA and USA Rugby staff to strengthen the pathway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in sports administration, collegiate athletics, event management, or rugby administration.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with volunteers, committees, and member organizations.
