Qualifications

• Previous experience playing or coaching rugby at collegiate, club, high school, or equivalent level.
• Strong knowledge of rugby rules, techniques, strategies, and game management.
• Ability to teach and develop student-athletes in individual skills and positions.
• Commitment to the academic, athletic, personal, and social development of student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and mentoring to student athletes to develop their skills and abilities to maximum potential.
• Evaluating athletic ability and performance.
• Coordinate scheduling, meals, transportation, etc for all team trips in conjunction with the head coach.
• Be an active participant in the life of the College by attending events like Commencement, Homecoming, and other gatherings.
• Maintain positive relationships with students, athletes, and alumni.
