Responsibilities

• Organize and teach all levels of lecture and laboratory courses in the veterinary technology curriculum.
• Prepare students to become eligible for state board examinations and RVT practice.
• Maintain AVMA accreditation; submit required reports; coordinate with outside agencies; support advisory committee.
• Prepare course syllabi and outlines; develop and maintain curriculum; support transfer articulation with schools/universities.
• Incorporate diverse learning methods including distance learning and accelerated courses; teach as assigned; collaborate with related departments.
• Participate in department, division, and college-wide initiatives; engage in shared governance.
