Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in apparel graphic design.
• Experience designing for collegiate, athletic, or licensed programs preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design original graphics for collegiate apparel programs.
• Develop concepts aligned with current sportswear trends.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors on brand direction and with Account Executives on client goals.
• Revise artwork based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Create artwork with garment type and decoration method in mind; build production-ready files using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Execute advanced simulated process spot color separations for screen printing.
