Job summary

Lifesteps, Inc. invites applications for a College Liaison dedicated to marketing the Organization’s programs and career opportunities.

The role develops partnerships with universities, colleges, and referral sources to achieve enrollment and staffing goals, while promoting Lifesteps' mission to help individuals with life’s changing needs. The Recruitment Liaison will design outreach strategies, represent Lifesteps at career fairs, host internal career days, and build a strong employer brand in

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate marketing activities into program enrollment and/or staff recruitment goals.
• Prior experience with grass roots marketing and the ability to build relationships.
• High attention to detail with a focus on fact-based recommendations and/or decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develops partnerships with service delivery professionals and referral sources to grow business and identify opportunities.
• Promotes programs and employment opportunities through community/educational events.
• Assists with grass-roots marketing efforts for enrollment and recruitment goals.
• Builds a strong employer brand within the community.
• Markets job opportunities to universities, colleges, and educational institutions, creating a pipeline of talent.
