Job summary

The Dual Enrollment Chemistry Instructor teaches college-level chemistry at Gaffney High School under the partnering college's curriculum. You will plan and deliver instruction, run labs, assess student learning, and keep accurate grades and attendance with timely feedback.

You will ensure a safe lab, follow all policies, use the college LMS, and maintain required course documentation, while collaborating with college faculty to align outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or closely related discipline with at least 18 graduate hours in Chemistry.
• Experience teaching chemistry at the high school or college level, with dual enrollment instruction, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver college-level chemistry instruction at Gaffney High School.
• Conduct laboratory activities and maintain a safe laboratory environment.
• Assess student learning and maintain accurate grades and attendance with timely feedback.
